My name is Brian Sivak. I am just a guy, a dad and a husband, and a REALTOR! I have 3 wonderful kids, Ethan (23), Caitlyn (15), and Audrey (14). My wife/partner, Dee Anderson is the Ying to my Yang. I been a licensed REALTOR for 27 years and have seen and worked in many communities and neighborhoods throughout the Commonwealth.
In 1994 I started my career with RE/MAX Allegiance, a large multi-office firm in the Northern Virginia Market. In the early 2000’s I became the Principle Broker, at the time responsible for over 40 offices and over 1200 agents throughout the Commonwealth, talk about herding cats! Dee and I met in late 1999 and I relocated to RVA shortly thereafter. I opened up two RE/MAX Allegiance offices in the greater Richmond area and then built a very successful government relocation company which required me to commute back to NOVA four days a week. One of the best days of my life was when I sold that company and ended my commute back to the hectic Northern VA area. Dee and I have since opened up our own little boutique Real Estate Firm, RVA Realty and Relocation Services, now affiliated with eXp Realty located in what I like to call “Westerfield”. I have served on the board of the Richmond Association of REALTORS and various committees within the Virginia Association of REALTORS. Although all transactions are different there is not much I have not seen or experienced throughout my long career. I have definitely put my time into the politics of local real estate and now I enjoy putting my education and experiences into serving my clients in all facets of Residential Real Estate.
